One person asked his Guru, “My employees, my wife, my children, and everyone around me are selfish. No one is right – what should I do?”
Guru smiled slightly and told him a story:
In a village, there was a special room with 1,000 mirrors. A little girl once entered that room and started playing. She saw 1,000 children playing with her and became joyful with these reflections.
Every time she clapped, all the children clapped back. She thought it was the best place in the world and wanted to come there again and again.
After some time, a sad man entered the same room. He saw thousands of sad faces all around him. He became deeply distressed.
When he raised his hand and tried to push them away, he saw thousands of hands pushing him back. He thought it was the worst place in the world and vowed never to return.
In the same way, this world is like a room with thousands of mirrors. Whatever is filled within us, nature reflects it back to us.
Therefore, keep your mind and heart pure and this world will feel like heaven to you.
